The EEN2EIC Ready4Invest toolkit delivered end to end: readiness scorecard, pitch and business model, financial readiness, investor outreach and matchmaking, with one-to-one advisory per company.

Formats and duration
Two-day hackathon · six to twelve-week academy or incubator · single-session investment readiness workshop plus one-to-one advisory · full programme design and delivery under a donor or institutional contract.
